The Great Baked Potato Race-Miele Speed Oven

This video demonstrates how long it took to bake two potatoes starting with a cold Miele Speed Oven. There being no mention of how to bake potatoes in the product manual, I selected the combination broil mode which convection broils and microwaves the food. The combined weight of these potatoes is 14.4 ounces. Total time for all of the baking was 15:49. It would have been faster just to nuke them, but the broiler helps improve the texture of the skin. The video really doesn’t need sound so I selected the excellent rendition of “Brown Mountain Lights” by Acoustic Syndicate for the sound.
