It is a very private building as it only has 10 apartments, five on the ground floor and five on the upper floor. The five units on the ground floor with direct access to the communal swimming pool trough their private terraces. The Beach only 100 metres away . To the Balcón de Europa ( centre of town)it takes less than 5 minutes level walk. All the apartments are south facing and there is a garden with loungers and a pool.
