This product was originally released in the early to mid 2000s. “Sears proudly introduces one of the most versitile cooking products ever brought to market…six products in one…the new Kenmore Elite SpeedCook oven with Advantium 120 technology.” Overall Rating: 4 5 Great Product, December 30, 2007 By DrewinPA from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania “This is a terrific microwave. Almost NEVER use my oven anymore. Easy to use, but does require you read the directions if you want to use it to its full capacity. I’d give it 5 stars, except the light burned out inside and its almost impossible to change it. Otherwise, worth every penny. PS I’ve owned this for 2 years now with NO issues other than the light bulb.” Review 3 for Kenmore Elite 1.4 cu. ft. I took for granted an interior light would be a standard feature for any oven and/or microwave.” Review 4 for Kenmore Elite 1.4 cu. ft. cooking with infrared instead of propane? Hank Hill dissaproves.
I love my flavor wave oven. The Steaks come out great. Last year I made a turkey in it ( a frozen one ). It came out horrible and I had to throw it away. The inside stayed frozen for a long time and I couldn’t get the pouch with the gizzards and other things in it out. How do you all coock the turkey ? Thank you for your help.
i’ve got a flavourwave turbo oven not a nu-wave
the chicken looked freaky
I wanna get it
typical infomercial, I sometimes watch the whole thing to see how ridiculous it is
is’t healthy cooker
do any body use it
pleas told me
Same here. I re-heated leftover Thanksgiving ham straight from the freezer on HI, and in 30 minutes it was ready to eat, and it was as tender and juicy as it was on Thanksgiving. It also perfectly cooks store-bought veggie burgers (Boca and Morningstar Farms) in 10 minutes. And the liner pan is perfect for roasting diced onions and diced potatoes in some light oil while the veggie burgers are cooking.
What does broil mean?
Same problem with the dome here it cracks for now reason. Ive been sitting watching tv and i hear it cracking from the kitchen for no reason.
Informercial Revisited, how sad!
Get the normal size dome. I’ve had mine for 8 years.
I meant to say “dome.”
Oh boy, I have coming to me in the mail, not happy to hear about the doom problem.:-(
We bought NUWAVE OVEN a few monts ago, its good in cooking everything , BUT the quality of the DOME( the transparent thing that covers the food) is VERY BAD,in span of 2 months , it cracked 4 times, i am very careful with my stuff , i dont know why ,the quality of the certain part is so lousy. The dome is free for 1 yr, as warranty , but they charge me $8.00+ for shipping
awesome! i want that!=9
yes, this is based on the Ge Advantium system (with a sticker on it that says kenmore)
Speedcook uses Microvave, convection ambient heat and halogen uv cooking. Ive got one at home, works GREAT!
So I have a few questions. I understand that you are using Halogen cooking lamps, and a 900 watt magnetron. Are they used simultaneously? Also, is there a convection fan here? If it has a convection fan, this would be the perfect unit.
