I had a lot of fun making this video. I know there are many ways to make a quesadilla, but this is one of the quickest ways I know. We make a lot of quesadilla especially for late night snacks or something for the kids right before they go to bed. And I usually do them in a pan. But when I’m feeling lazy, this is the way to go.
