Beer Review With Food: Breckenridge Brewing Pale Ale
Friday’s have become pizza night for us. I really enjoy making a pizza and cooking it up on the Big Green Egg. The flavor of the pizza is SO much better off the grill than out of the oven. Tonight I decided to drink a Breckenridge Brewing Pale Ale with the pizza. Breckenridge Brewing is out of Denver, Colorado.
As requested, a new food review video. I didn’t feel like editing it at all, so you’ll have to take it as is. Now for a nap, and then I’ll get to making my next retrospective.

I love asparagus, especially with steak. I think alot of ppl dont like it b/c they dont prepare it the right way. Really liked the way that beer looked in the glass, even had a little lacing. Great beer review as always!
I’ve done a couple of beer/cheese pairings in past videos but that is definitely something I need to do some more of. I’ll need to get a few of my beer geek friends around a table and go through a few beers and a few cheeses.
How about doing a beer and cheese tasting? I love cheddar cheeses with a good IPA.

Asparagus seems to be one of those veggies that people either love or hate.
Breckenridge is out of Denver, Colorado. They make some decent beers.
People keep emailing me asking me about food pairings with beer. I always say “any beer that ends with the word “light” LOL
