    hey pops, if you want a perfect baby back rib on your smoker do this: its called a 2-2-1 methed. smoke your ribs for 2 hours, then pull them off and wrap them thight in heavy duty tin foil with about a 1/2 cup of apple juice inside. put them on for 2 more hours wraped in foil. then pull them off and remove the foil. put them right back on for one more hour. in the last 15 min or so add your bbq sauce. perfect falling off the bone every time. keep that smoker at around 250-275 the entire time.

    @BarbecueWeb make sure ur rack is not to high up.always maintain ur heat 225-250 for 3hrs,then wrap in foil for two hours,then 1 hour to half an hour unwrapped. then plate up and enjoy
