With a history that spans 100 years Franke is a household name that is synonymous with innovation and quality. Starting from a small workshop in 1911 building oven tops, skylights and dormer windows, Hermann Franke started to manufacture the first sink units. Following Hermanns Death in 1939 the company was taken over by his son Walter and transformed from an industrial pioneer to an international power. The changes that the company saw over the next 70 years cemented their legend firmly into innovative history.
