PESI has always been known to be the leader in Pizza Equipment Related parts from the latest released to the discontinued lines. PESI brought on the task of supply these parts due to the request of their clients worldwide. This new Temperature Controller; PESI part# 30-A-01-5038(On/Off Control) or PESI part# 30-A-01-5039 (Modulating Control) Lists for 5.96. These controllers are CE and UL rated and come with a 1 year warranty. The controller specifications are as follows:

High Temperature Shutdown – 600F – 316C
