PESI Debuts 4 ½ Minute Pizza Oven With Their Pro Series Line

PESI (Pizza Equipment Supply, Inc.) now manufactures and sells the Pro Series pizza oven line. The Pro Series is a high volume, conveyor pizza oven, which cooks pizza in 4 minutes and 30 seconds and can be stacked up to four(4) units high for any multitude of sales and products.

The oven was launched at the NAPIC (North America Pizza & Ice Cream) show 2007, in Columbus, Ohio by Marcus Bramhall, founder of PESI and Ralph Sroufe, National Sales Manager and was well received by the major chains with current discussions on exclusivity. Marcus Bramhall states “I wanted to build a solid, competitively priced oven, speed designed, yet quality enhanced oven ; I am just overwhelmed at the response we are receiving with our new line.”

The Pro Series ovens merit a complete stainless steel interior and exterior, user friendly with the LED’s facing the oven tender, is competitively priced and completely cooks your product ; fast !!

PESI is a privately owned company, which supplies the pizza industry with “one stop” store equipment packages, and also refurbishes pizza ovens by Middleby, Blodgett and Lincoln and now manufactures and distributes the Pro Series line pizza oven.
