Committment To Recession Busting Pricing and a Greener Oven

PESI announced today that it will continue to offer discounted parts in an effort to help lower clientele repair costs and make existing ovens more environmentally friendly. The PESI “Recession Busting Pricing” campaign is well underway with discounted motors on Motor Monday and a twice weekly email mail out.

Loucretia Bramhall, acting CEO of PESI stated: “We have always been known as the place to go for your discounted aftermarket and OEM parts for Middleby Marshall, Lincoln, Blodgett, Bakers Pride, Hobart, Stephan, Acme, Somerset, and Anets. What many people don’t know is that we also represent multiple manufacturers of commercial kitchen equipment and can obtain parts for them.”

Loucretia disclosed that the Surviving Your Service Company Replacement Part Kit is doing extremely well for PESI clientele and has cut their downtime for service calls and service costs while keeping stores operational during peak business time. She also stated, “(PESI) . . . can custom build Replacement Part Kits for any major appliance in your kitchen.”

Currently several of PESI’s major chain accounts are in the process of retrofitting their existing ovens from solenoid to modulating with the Modulating Conversion Kit. PESI has expanded the scope of this kit to include Lincoln ovens in addition to Middleby and some Blodgett ovens. Field studies indicate a 33% or higher gas savings with these kits and a reduction of the ovens carbon footprint.

The PESI R&D department is currently researching a new technology that will eliminate main blower motors, thus significantly reducing the electric usage and making a green oven even greener. PESI is constantly searching for better ways to improve its products.
